Objective:
Be the first team to connect four in a row—horizontally, vertically, or diagonally—on the game board.

Whole Group Version (Low Prep)
- Prepare review questions ahead of time.
No time? Have students write questions on slips of paper and collect them to use in the game. - Project a 6×5 grid on your screen or whiteboard.
(6 columns, 5 rows) - Divide the class into teams of 4 students.
- Assign a color to each team:
- Use different color sticky notes
- OR write team numbers on sticky notes
- OR use different colored magnets
- Use different color sticky notes
- How to play:
- The teacher asks a review question.
- Teams have 45 seconds to discuss and answer.
- A correct answer = place a sticky note or magnet on the board in any open space.
- First team to connect four wins!

Option 2: Small Group, Self-Paced Version
- Give each group a cup or envelope filled with review questions.
- Number each student in the group: 1 to 4.
- Students take turns drawing and answering a question.
- If a student answers correctly, they:
- Place a sticky note on their group’s printed 6×5 grid,
- OR write their number (e.g., “1” for student 1) in an empty space.
- Place a sticky note on their group’s printed 6×5 grid,
- First team to get four of their numbers in a row wins!
